Maryann has held numerous executive leadership positions throughout her career, serving as the director of a mental health clinic, director of child and family services, and program coordinator for veterans' mental health services.
A recurring theme that Maryann encountered among her clients was the challenge of worthiness – the struggle to recognize their own value and believe that they were indeed enough and deserving of their high-level positions. It became evident to her that everyone has the potential to cultivate self-assurance, which, in turn, positively impacts those around them. I recently worked with a leader who struggled with a continuous divide between his self-perception and how others saw him. Negative self-talk undermined his self-esteem, fueling a fear of being revealed as an impostor in his position. He believed he was always pursuing success but never truly deserving it, convinced that love could only be earned through ceaseless achievement. This internal conflict led to work burnout, concealed irritability, and discomfort in his family life.
Through our work together, he achieved self-love by addressing deep-seated self-limiting beliefs. Subtle yet transformative changes shifted his mindset toward inner peace. His interactions with his staff improved, and he let go of constant irritability. This allowed him to rediscover joy in his work and, most importantly, to be fully present in moments with his family, who noticed his newfound sense of tranquility. There was now a deep sense of connection and a feeling of unconditional love in his family life, as self-protectiveness vanished, replaced by ease within himself and in his interactions with loved ones.

A CEO approached me to discuss why he consistently found himself crafting unfavorable contracts in his joint ventures. As an awakened leader, he came to realize that he had been trapped in a recurring cycle of forming unreliable business collaborations, only to have the other party breach the contract and take away the product he had developed with great effort.
It became evident that his self-limiting beliefs, which had taken root in his childhood, were hindering his progress. These beliefs had convinced him that he would never achieve anything of significance. Through my energy healing psychotherapy system, he discovered a new sense of competence and trust in himself, which, in turn, led to improved business and family relationships.
